Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of Nudge Money ("Nudge"). By using Nudge, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Nudge organizes information you choose to connect and presents personalized financial analysis. Features may be experimental, change, or become unavailable while the product is in early access.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your account, and activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connected services
Connecting Gmail or another provider is optional and requires your explicit authorization. You authorize Nudge to access and process only the data and permissions shown during the connection flow for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.
Not financial advice
Nudge provides informational analysis, not investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending, or other regulated professional advice. Nudge is not a bank, broker, lender, or fiduciary. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Nudge, access another person's data, interfere with security or availability, reverse engineer protected systems, introduce malicious code, automate abuse, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.
Ownership and feedback
Nudge and its software, branding, and content are owned by Nudge or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Analysis may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate because source information and provider services can be incomplete or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Nudge at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
